Jonathan Katz has been an avid percussionist since picking up his first set of drumsticks at age 5. He attends the University of Central Florida, majoring in Architecture with a Minor in Music.

He performed with the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra for four years and for two of those years, served as the Principal Percussionist of the Symphonic Orchestra.

Jonathan has performed extensively in Central Florida, including musical theater as the drummer for the Winter Park Playhouse, as a timpanist for holiday concerts conducted by Maestro Andrew Lane, and as the percussionist for the annual "Tuba Christmas" concert in Winter Park, Florida. He is also a part time percussion instructor and performs with the Brass Band of Central Florida.
