Jim studied classical Double Bass as a performance major at Florida State University. He has been playing both bass guitar and double (upright) bass for over 25 years. Jim has been performing orchestral, jazz, rock and R&B with local professionals since the '80's. His career has taken him from university ensembles to Disney, Universal Studios and hundreds of gigs in and around Florida. Jim has also been an active counselor for Valencia Community College's Rock & Roll Camp for 3 years and is the head counselor for Garden Music School's Camp Rock Band.
